Fallout. New Vegas falls under the category of a western-style role-playing game. The story is about a post-apocalyptic world in which you exist as a lone survivor, and your goal is to rebuild civilization. There are nonstop moral choices that give the graphics depth and make it feel like you're living out this true story. The Fallout series has always been praised for its immersive environment and memorable story line, but without the English language pack it's not as accessible to those that don't speak English as their first language. The Fallout: New Vegas English Language Pack is a free downloadable content for those who want to experience the game as intended by the developers. The last part of this pack is the complete DLC, which costs $5.99 USD, and includes all DLCs released so far. Contained in this download are an Audio Director's Cut, an English language script document for all cut-scenes featuring or using English localized voice-overs, and 41 new voice-overs produced specifically for the english language version of the game. Fallout 3 was released at a time when most games weren't supporting more than one language, let alone two languages. Fallout 3 featured US and UK languages but not French or German languages. Though Bethesda is notorious for not having downloadable content available for their games, Fallout 3 had many DLCs (Downloadable Content). Although most of the DLCs were only available on Xbox Live, most Xbox 360 users received this game with its original DLC. A year after the game was released, Bethesda announced that they would be releasing an English Language Pack with an Audio Director's Cut. This pack would feature voice-overs created specifically for the English-speaking audience. In Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Russel Brower and Mark Lampert were hired as composers.
